Salary: Basic monthly salary between EUR3500 and 6000, depending on experience, plus commission

Travel: Attend product and sales trainings in Wembley, London

We are currently seeking to hire a skilled Key Account Manager to strengthen our external sales force in the Netherlands. This position will join our award-winning Integral LED business and expanding brand that is dedicated to selling a broad range of lighting products trusted by numerous customers.
Ideally, you have a background within the lighting market and experience dealing with the wholesale electrical channels whilst providing contractors with a project solution service.
Responsibilities:
- Fully managing key client accounts across the Dutch speaking countries, Generating and developing new business
- Understand target markets, competition, customers’ company structure business models and key decision makers to determine key growth areas
- Develop, maintain and grow relationships with our customers to become a key partner and adviser
- Understand Integral’s strengths and our products’ key selling points to convey to customers
- Understanding our LED product range and revealing the key benefits
- Working on LED projects with wholesalers and contractors
- Liaising with the sales, marketing and product management teams in the UK
- Developing sales plans and strategies to realise those growth areas
- Understand business potential and set your own targets for products and value
- Plan to promote Integral benefits with customer needs
- Prepare sales pitches and presentations
- Quoting and negotiating prices within company guidelines
- Be an advisor on product and market trends
- Be proactive and engage with the customer with a mix of visits, phone, email, promotions and mailshots
- Proactively utilise social media and LinkedIn to develop sales funnels, attract new business, and keep our customers informed
- Ensure high standards of customer service
- Attend sales and product training meetings and visits
- Use CRM system to best effect
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of external sales experience in the lighting industry
- A driven sales professional with the desire to develop accounts and win business
- Effective relationship-building and communication skills whether face to face, through phone, email, and digital channels
- A competitive team player, who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
- Results orientated, with a track record of achieving targets
- Good negotiation skills
- Good social media and LinkedIn marketing knowledge
- Demonstrable ability to develop an understanding of technology products and their target customers
- Strong commercial understanding and knowledge of end user requirements
- Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to succeed
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, together with knowledge of Windows 365
- Proficiency using software systems and MS applications
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills
- Highly motivated, ambitious, and keen to learn and grow
- Fluent Dutch and a high level of English language skills
